In-studio Prenatal Yoga & Fitness
Stay active as well as cultivate more peace during your pregnancy. This class offers a variety of movements that are appropriate for your growing body. After a series of engaging and energetic moves, the class ends with gentle yoga poses to help you be more balanced.
In-Studio Postpartum Yoga
Join a community of new mamas to connect and practice yoga. Bring your pre-crawlers with you. This class offers different yoga movements that are appropriate for your postpartum body. Your pre-crawlers will join you and practice as well (that's right! Babies are innate yogis).

I am a yogi and a mom of two boys. I fell in love with teaching yoga and train women through a variety of movements and poses that are appropriate every stages of your journey.
